The following is a list of NPCs that serve a use in the game. The category of the Shop NPCs will be listed first, followed by the names of the NPCs that are under that category. After the shops will be a list of the other NPCs on that planet.

Earth NPCs:

Barbers: These NPCs will change your hairstyle and haircolor for 500 Zenni.

Seamus.

Clothing Store: These NPCs will buy/sell clothing that will help during battle and training. Can also change color of clothes for you.
Price varies with item.

Raven.

Bankers: These NPCs will allow you to deposit and withdraw your money. Banked money is not lost upon death.
Charles.

Equipment Shop: These NPCs will sell items that can help during training and battle. Price varies with item.
Jose.

Furniture Shop: These NPCs will sell furniture that can be placed in your Guild House. Price varies with item.

Guild Shop: These NPCs will sell training equipment for use in Guild Houses. Price varies with item.

The following are the non-shop NPCs of Earth:

Goku: Teaches Spirit Bomb and Kaioken. Will also grant a Power Boost to those with Good Alignment. Should you fall below Good Alignment, you will lose more than you gained. Boost is based on your current PL. The more PL you have, the better the boost.

Babidi: Teaches Regenerate to Buus. Will also grant a Power Boost to those with Evil Alignment. Should you fall below Evil Alignment, you will lost more than you gained. Boost is based on your current PL. The more PL you have, the better the boost.

Gohan: Teaches Zanzoken.

Gotenks: Teaches Galatic Donut.

Piccolo: Teaches Special Beam Cannon.

Krillin: Teaches Destructo Disc.

Master Roshi: Teaches Kamehameha.

Tien: Teaches Solar Flare and DonDonPa

Trunks: Teaches Burning Attack.

Yamcha: Gives quests.

Yajirobe: Gives quests.

Bulma: Gives quests.

Dr. Gero: Can turn Humans into Androids.

Ninja Master: Will teach Humans the Ninja Transformation.

Hercule: Can Remove Overlayers to fix overlay problems. Also unlocks 3 hit combos. (As well as brag nonstop..)

Videl: Will change your Aura color.

Korin: Will supply Senzu Beans to players, providing he is not out.

Kami: Will allow entrance into the Hyper-Bolic Time Chamber. (HBTC for short.)

Tyler: Will give you directions to multiple areas.

Jay: Will allow you to trade in 10 of one quality of gem, for 1 of a higher quality.

The following is a list of the NPCs for the planet Namek:

Joe: Exchange points gained by leveling other low-leveled characters for special rewards.

Jack: Creates a Socket in an item of clothing.

John: Places a Gem into an item of clothing which has a Socket.

Dende: Will recover your Health (HP). Will teach Regenerate to Nameks.

Namekkians: Used for Fusion by a Player Namek.

King Yemma: Will sentence you based on your actions in life.

King Kai: Located on his planet at the end of Snakeway. Will revive you back on Earth if you are of Good Alignment.

Janemba: Located in Hell. Will revive you back on Earth if you are of Evil Alignment.
