Unfortunately I think that would be too close too nudity for the rules to allow it; since it would only cover some. Plus, more so... That could get him in trouble with the security guards, etc. Thus likely breaking another rule.

I could be wrong, though. I haven't read them in a while, and I'm a bit too tired and afraid of that image to be certain.

a thong a bra and high heels fit that criteria. If I was running a shop I wouldn't kick anybody out for that.
